Big State Electric LTD provided an 800A bussed weather head for the facility, along with a 130KW emergency generator and transfer switch, a fire pump service and a fire alarm system. The project included HVAC power wiring, branch system wiring, lighting and lighting controls. The site work included parking lot pole lighting, a water well, a septic field, a fire pump house, and a gate access system.
This multi-facet project consisted of a 39,000 square foot two story office building with conference rooms, offices, collaboration areas, exercise room, servery, breakroom, two story reception area, an all partners room completely on emergency power, and an elevator. A 14,000 square foot warehouse for storing materials with a loading dock and big industrial fans, and a 6,000 square foot assembly building for fabricating ductwork on a 10-acre site.
